It became clear to us recently that things do not happen for no reason. The bread delivery boy lost control of his car and knocked out the gate at Goeie Hoop. Not fun. Certainly not because an entrance gate guarantees security. But… .. something became clear to us. Something happened in the heart of a 5-year-old girl who has lived with Goeie Hoop since she was 2 years old. Unprecedented emotions arose in her at the sight of the open gate. As if a door had opened… She was untenable and inconsolable. She wanted to run away to her mother who, unfortunately, cannot take care of her but keeps visiting her. And let's now have an appointment exactly for next week with her (possible) new foster mother, who lives near her mother! As if God let us know; it's okay, let her go, I'm there ...
